The location of this hotel was perfect for our stay in Key West. It was in a good location, with easy access to all area activities and within walking distance to the restaurant/bar scene. We also appreciated the convenience of having a Starbucks and CVS nearby. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a beautiful pool and a stunning view of the ocean. The staff at the hotel were exceptional, providing excellent service throughout our stay.
There was nothing we didn't like.
The hotel had clean and well-maintained facilities. The room was beautiful with a stunning view of the ocean from the balcony. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious. The gift shop and reception area were also great. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and they even gave us a voucher for a free breakfast at the Tin Roof.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.
We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right on Duval Street, close to all the attractions and downtown activities. The hotel facilities were top-notch, from the beautiful lobby to the spacious and clean rooms. The staff was outstanding, especially our concierge Nate, who was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We were amazed by the level of cleanliness and the modern amenities provided. The breakfast was delicious and the pool area was fantastic.
