We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Key West. Best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, parking, and transportation. The location was perfect, right in the center with the Tiki bar. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Nothing, no complaints at all.
We loved the location on the boardwalk, in historic Key West. The hotel offered a free shuttle to the downtown area, which was very convenient for exploring and enjoying the local dining choices. The staff was incredibly friendly and made our stay special. The hotel facilities, including the lovely pool area and hot tub, were top-notch.

I loved the clean rooms and friendly staff. The hotel facilities were great, especially the pool with a huge TV screen to watch while swimming. The location was perfect, with shuttles available to take me to the center of the city and Duvall St. Additionally, it was convenient to have a Publix nearby to get provisions.

We loved the helpful and knowledgeable staff, who provided great recommendations for dining and events in this city. The convenience of the shuttle service with its reliable Drop Off and Pick Up schedules was a highlight. Additionally, the hotel's recent renovations made the lobby and rooms beautiful, and the upgraded double suite we were given upon arrival was a pleasant surprise. The location of the hotel was ideal, with self-parking available and a shopping center with fast food across the street. The balcony overlooking the pool in our second-floor room was a great feature, and the pool itself was enhanced by the giant TV at the end. Finally, the on-site Tikibar served excellent frozen drinks and had a decent local draft selection.
