We loved the in-room jacuzzi tub after a busy day and the stunning view of the river Arno. The location, a bit outside the city center, was perfect for exploring without dealing with crowds. We also enjoyed the breakfast and found the staff to be very helpful.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
We loved the hotel's pool, a refreshing treat after a day of sightseeing in the hot sun. The spa in the evening was also a great way to relax. The hotel's cleanliness was impressive, with smart rooms that were well-maintained. We enjoyed a nice breakfast each morning, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel's shuttle service to the city center in the morning and late afternoon was convenient, although it would have been nice to have more shuttle runs, especially in the evening and early afternoon. The hotel's location away from the hustle and bustle of the city provided a relaxing and laid-back atmosphere.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating throughout our two-week stay. They made us feel very welcome and were always available to help us with any requests or questions we had. The hotel facilities were great, with clean and comfortable rooms. We particularly enjoyed the private in-room whirlpools, which provided a relaxing and luxurious experience. The breakfast provided was delicious and there were plenty of options to choose from. The location of the hotel was perfect for us - close enough to the city center to easily walk there, but far enough away from the busy tourist areas to enjoy a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. Additionally, the hotel provided a shuttle service to the city center, making it convenient for guests to explore this beautiful city. Parking was also available for those who rented cars for day trips, like us.

Upon arriving at the hotel, I was thrilled to find out that I was upgraded to a fancy and clean room. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including the delicious food from room service and the beautiful courtyard by the river. The location was also convenient, with easy access to the Santa Maria Novella train station, Piazza, and Chalet Bellariva. The hotel even provided bicycles for exploring the city.
