The cleanliness was excellent. The hotel facilities were top-notch. The location was perfect for what I wanted to do this past weekend. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

The service at this hotel was outstanding! Ronald and the staff made my milestone birthday incredibly special. They went above and beyond to send balloons and a cake, and constantly wished my mother a happy birthday. The central park view from our room was breathtaking and the location was fantastic. We were relatively close to the Upper East Side where a friend lives, which made it convenient for us to meet up. The staff were friendly and helpful, and even surprised us with a CD of music from a play we mentioned we were attending.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The view of the park from our high floor was truly breathtaking and made the price worth it. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the bathroom was luxurious. The staff went above and beyond to provide exceptional service, from the front desk to the concierge and the restaurant. We were particularly impressed by the kindness and professionalism of the staff, especially during a family tragedy that required us to shorten our stay. The hotel even waived the charge for the missed night, which was greatly appreciated.
Nothing to complain about at all.
The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated with high-end materials. The view of Central Park from our room was fantastic. The hotel was conveniently located at the beginning of Central Park, close to excellent restaurants.
