The hotel's cleanliness was outstanding, ensuring a pleasant stay. Additionally, the hotel facilities were top-notch, offering a separate breakfast room and bar/restaurant. The location was ideal, right in the heart of the city, making it convenient to explore everything. Lastly, the staff were excellent, providing exceptional service and making me feel welcome.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.
The staff, especially Nerissa, went above and beyond to help me with a luggage mishap caused by the airline. She called the airline multiple times until we had all the information we needed. The hotel itself is nice and modern, with a good-sized room considering the central location. The breakfast was also very good. The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring all the lively and vibrant Temple Bar area, with numerous restaurants, pubs, and shops within walking distance. Additionally, getting to and from the hotel was easy, with an airport shuttle conveniently located nearby.
Cannot find any fault.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in a great location for exploring the nightlife and river area. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with clean and spacious rooms, a nice bathroom, and comfy beds that made it hard to get out in the morning. The staff were friendly and welcoming, providing tea/coffee amenities and even earplugs to ensure a peaceful night's sleep.
Hard to think of anything negative; this hotel truly exceeded my expectations.
