Service and rooms... All was great.
Our stay here was enjoyable, great base for exploring San Francisco. Comfortable bed, huge bathroom and an iron, a work desk and a seating area in the room. We loved the proximity to a shopping area and the markets in San Francisco. We dined at a private nearby restaurant with Japanese dishes. Pool was nice too.
Exceptional service, we had fabulous stay
Absolutely gorgeous rooms, warm staff, stunning location. We didn't have time and didn't try the pool, but it was heated. Location very close to Union Square, the Golden Gate and Modern Art. The grill restaurant and amazing bar, we thoroughly enjoyed them.
Lovely & fairly clean hotel. Bed was nice, I enjoyed it. The staff did all they can for a such wonderful stay. The service provided there was impeccable.
