We enjoyed the friendly and knowledgeable concierge, Marie, who went out of her way to accommodate us. The parking, although expensive, was well-managed by attentive and friendly staff. The hotel's location on Broughton St made it convenient for us to walk to River Street and other destinations in this city. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a split bathroom that allowed multiple people to get ready at the same time. The breakfast was plentiful and kept clean, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Antonio, in particular, made our stay extra special with his attention to detail and friendly welcome.

We were able to easily access all the attractions and restaurants in the area. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities were top-notch. The full breakfast provided each morning was a great start to our day, with plenty of choices and a good cup of coffee. The staff, especially the front desk girl with tattoos , were amazingly helpful and friendly. The valet service was professional, providing assistance with luggage and even opening the car door for us. this hotel exceeded our expectations and made our stay in this city truly memorable.
