We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms and hotel facilities was outstanding. The hotel is located in a beautiful setting, surrounded by the Mayan jungle, providing a unique and tranquil atmosphere. The downstairs restaurant offered a buffet-style breakfast with a wide variety of delicious options. The staff were attentive and friendly, ensuring that our every need was met.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The check-in process was a bit challenging as we were not informed beforehand that certain payment methods were not accepted. However, once we got checked in, everything else exceeded our expectations. The hotel is located in a great place, with easy access to all the activities we wanted to do. The facilities were grand and the room was clean and fresh-looking, with a beautiful ocean view from our balcony. The Blue Agave restaurant provided excellent customer service, and even though I don't drink alcohol, the non-alcoholic service by the pool was top-notch. The pool itself was amazing, and we spent a lot of time enjoying it.

I recently had an incredible stay at an all-inclusive hotel in this city. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was exceptional. They were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of food options available. Although I tried different restaurants, I ended up enjoying the main restaurant the most. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a wide range of choices. The drinks were also of high quality, with proper alcohol that wasn't watered down. The overall service was outstanding, with the staff consistently providing top-notch assistance. Additionally, the hotel had plenty of activities to keep guests entertained, and they did a great job of mixing things up. It was a family-friendly place, perfect for families with kids, as there were plenty of activities to keep them busy. The all-inclusive package was generous, including nice wine during dinner and premium drinks like Don Julio if requested.

I had the most wonderful stay at this hotel! The atriums inside were absolutely stunning, filled with lush plants that added so much personality. The breakfast here was the best I've ever had in any hotel. There were so many options to choose from, including fresh fruits and delicious smoothies. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, making the experience even more enjoyable. The hotel pool area was also fabulous, always clean and with plenty of space. I would definitely visit this hotel again and highly recommend it to others.

The beach was incredible, with a spacious area dedicated to the hotel. The pool area was phenomenal, with plenty of space between chairs and a pool bar for convenience. The food at the buffet was mostly good, with a massive selection and some standout choices like lobster and well-cooked chicken. The a la carte restaurants Mole and the Grill Market were particularly tasty, and the poolside snack restaurant offered great snacks like fries and spring rolls. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a lovely lobby area, comfortable and clean rooms , and a little espresso shop with amazing coffee. The staff were all excellent, friendly, and helpful, making us feel like royalty throughout our stay.
