The customer service provided by the staff at the hotel was exceptional. They were friendly, helpful, and always made us feel welcome. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch, with daily cleaning services ensuring a comfortable stay. We particularly enjoyed the different events held each day, such as the amazing Mexican night with live mariachi music. The view of the beach from the hotel was absolutely breathtaking, and the location was convenient, with easy access to transportation options.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location right by the beach was perfect, with stunning panoramic views from our sea-view room on the 9th floor. The hotel staff even decorated our room for our honeymoon, which was a really nice touch. The Hakka restaurant offered delicious cuisine, and we loved the sushi corner near Starbucks. The buffet food was also good, and the drinks at the bar were satisfactory. The hotel itself was very clean, and the facilities were great. The staff, especially the attentive waitresses, were warm and welcoming. this hotel provided a wonderful experience with its location, room view, delicious food options, cleanliness, and friendly staff.
