We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff was professional and helpful. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including the beautiful beach and pool areas. The location near the beach allowed for easy access to enjoy the sun and gentle waves. We also loved the variety and quality of food at the restaurant.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.
I had a fantastic stay here at this hotel. The beach was amazing, with plenty of seating and even a covered palapa in the water. I enjoyed lounging in the hammocks and there was just the right amount of seaweed. The size of the room was impressive, easily accommodating my large group. The showers were excellent, even better than my own at home. The bar service was efficient, with quick lines, especially in the evenings. The coffee at the lobby's coffee shop was really good, though it's best to avoid peak times. The hotel's location near the pirate ship cruises was a super fun bonus. Staff were always polite and helpful. this hotel offered great value for the price, especially with the Genius promotion I got. The wifi was reliable as well.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early. The location was convenient, close to the airport and facing the ocean. We also enjoyed the breakfast options available.
