We loved the spacious room with ceiling to floor windows, perfect for our family with young children. The hotel provided plenty of towels and the staff were really nice and accommodating. The location was very convenient, with a 24/7 deli and CVS just a couple of blocks away. We had easy access to subway stations and were within walking distance to the Oculus, Freedom Tower, and the 9/11 Memorial. it was a great value for what we paid.
All was perfect.
The location was absolutely fantastic, with amazing views right across from the World Trade Center and within easy reach of Times Square and all the sightseeing this city has to offer. The hotel facilities were great, and I loved the layout of my Junior Suite, with a spacious bathroom and separate lounge and bedroom areas. The staff were incredibly helpful and pleasant, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Fantastic view from the room
Absolutely nothing.
I had the best view ever from my 45th-floor junior suite. The windows provided panoramic views of downtown up to Times Square, the Hudson River on both sides, and even the Freedom Tower. The hotel staff was exceptionally kind and accommodating, and they quickly moved me to a different room when I requested it due to dust allergies. The new room had new carpet and furniture, making it even more amazing. The hotel's location was perfect, right next to the World Trade Center, which provided easy access to subway connections. I loved walking around downtown and exploring Battery Park, which offered stunning views of the Statue of Liberty. Additionally, the WiFi and TV worked perfectly, and there were plenty of nearby restaurants for when I got hungry.
Nothing not too like
I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were super accommodating, from the moment I arrived until I checked out. They even helped me get a higher room when I asked. The location was perfect, just a one-minute walk to the nearest subway station, making it easy to explore the rest of the city. Plus, there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the facilities were great. I also appreciated the fact that they allowed me to leave my luggage after checking out so I could explore the city a bit longer. a wonderful experience!
