We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The beds were great, providing us with a comfortable night's sleep. The spa was also fabulous, allowing us to relax and unwind. The bathroom was amazing, equipped with high-quality amenities and a refreshing smell. The hotel staff were incredibly accommodating, providing us with organic baby shampoo and soap for our young baby. They even gave our baby a stuffed panda bear upon arrival. The hotel had a beautiful outdoor garden seating area with a fireplace, perfect for enjoying a drink. The staff, including the lounge staff, were cheerful and very helpful throughout our visit. The breakfast buffet offered a lot of great choices, and the room had a great view and many amenities. The front desk and valet staff were really attentive, making us feel valued and welcomed.
Not one thing. We had an overall fantastic experience at this hotel.
The hotel had excellent cleanliness, friendly staff, and comfortable beds. The location was convenient, being close to the Smithsonian Castle and offering a special deal for longer stays. The hotel also had a Club Lounge with food and drink options.

The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming, quickly memorizing our names and assisting us throughout our stay. The hotel facilities, including the pool, exceeded our expectations. The location was convenient for walking to Thomas Jefferson park and the seafood market, as well as other popular spots in the city.
There was nothing we didn't like.
