We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was central to everything, making it convenient for us to explore the Old Market area with its amazing restaurants. We also appreciated the fact that parking was available, which was a life saver as parking can be tricky in this city. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a comfortable room and plenty of amenities. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Additionally, the hotel was spotlessly clean and well-maintained.

The free shuttle made it easy to explore the surrounding areas. The location near Old Market was convenient for dining and the staff was the friendliest we've encountered.

Additionally, the location, overlooking the courtyard and nearby neighborhood, provided a serene and relaxing atmosphere. The staff, including Sabrina, Chris, and Eric, were all incredibly friendly and accommodating. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the parapet, soaking up the unexpected warm February sunshine. The hotel's convenient location allowed us to take a pleasant walk to the nearby shopping and dining area, providing us with an Old World elegance that was a refreshing break from the usual hotels. The valet and car service were timely, ensuring a hassle-free experience.

We loved the perfect location and easy access to breakfast, happy hour, and milk and cookies. The amazing free shuttle service was super efficient and convenient. The staff made the place feel homely and were always helpful, remembering our names and assisting us morning, noon, and night. The courtyard was a great feature, allowing us to enjoy a beautiful night with a drink after walking to dinner in the Old Market area.
