The hotel is conveniently located with tons of great dining options nearby and a 24-hour CVS next door. Our room was nice, although there were some caveats. The lobby was lovely and the staff were very courteous.

The staff at this hotel is outstanding! From the bellman who greeted us every day with top-notch service to the friendly front desk attendants, everyone made me feel welcome. The restaurant/bar staff provided superb service with a smile, and the housekeeper on the 16th floor was incredibly nice. The hotel facilities were clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable, like sinking into soft pillowy quicksand. The location is convenient, with five-star restaurants nearby and a CVS next door. It's also close to the port, making it a great choice for travelers.

We had the most amazing stay at this hotel! The staff, especially Salvatore and Wesley, provided us with exceptional service and made us feel welcomed throughout our stay. The hotel's facilities were beautiful, and the cleanliness of our room was impeccable. The breakfast offered delicious options, and Wellesley, our server, was fantastic. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby restaurants and shops. this hotel exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be returning!

The location was ideal and central. It was close to everything, with a 25-minute walk to Bayside and in the art deco area near South Beach.
Hard to think of anything negative.
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, from the spotless rooms to the sparkling pool. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a great gym area and a refreshing pool. The location was perfect, within walking distance to excellent restaurants in the area. We also loved the friendly and professional staff, especially our server at breakfast, who provided exceptional service.
Don't have any issues at all.
Shower drain was great, and getting what we needed was easy.
