We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The Amiri suite room was the best and biggest we have ever stayed in. The staff, especially Frances at the reception, were very friendly and helpful. She was amazing, always eager to serve with a smile and provided excellent customer service. The location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to the metro station and close proximity to Deira Market and the Gold Souk. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was spotless, and we appreciated the ample supply of towels and toiletries. The breakfast buffet was a highlight of our stay, with a varied selection of hot and cold food. The staff greeted us each morning with a warm smile and made our breakfast experience memorable, such as the bon voyage cupcake they prepared for us on our check-out day.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The breakfast had a great variety and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a supermarket inside. The location was handy to both the airport and the original part of the city, with easy access to the Gold and Spice Souks.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The views from my room were breathtaking, and I loved the hotel's prime location near the gold souk and the creek. The facilities at the hotel were impressive, especially the rooftop terrace where I enjoyed sitting and taking in the city skyline. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and I was impressed by the level of service provided by the staff. The breakfast at the lounge on the 1st floor was delicious, and the staff, particularly Afzal at the reception, offered exceptional and professional service. the ambiance, cleanliness, and helpfulness of the staff made my stay truly enjoyable.

We had an outstanding check-in experience, with friendly and efficient staff. The room was neat and clean with a nice view of the creek. The club lounge was spacious and not crowded, with a great dinner buffet and attentive staff. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options including Indian and Arabic dishes. The staff throughout the hotel were warm, welcoming, and always willing to assist. The hotel is conveniently located near the Palm Deira Metro Station, providing easy access to important attractions and the airport.

The room was very clean and well-equipped. The breakfast was excellent and I enjoyed the options on the first floor and ground floor. The hotel facilities were great, especially the swimming pool which had the option of shisha. The staff, especially Chiman and the receptionist from Kazakhstan, were incredibly attentive and polite.
