In all the Hyatts I've stayed in worldwide, this hotel stands out for its cleanliness, hotel facilities, and the convenience of its location. The room was wonderfully large, with a sofa and separate lounge chair, and a very comfortable large bed. The bathroom was a great size and the refrigerator in the room was a nice touch. The hotel's market in the lobby was very convenient, and the staff were cheerful, professional, and accommodating. The best part was the location - it was easy to walk around and hop on the subway next door at Grand Central.

We also appreciated the convenience of having a 24-hour supermarket on-site, where we received a $15 shopping voucher every night.
