We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The staff was helpful and friendly, from the moment we arrived until the end of our trip. They greeted us with wine and were always happy to assist us, even when we had some mishaps with our room and the safe. The hotel offered great suggestions for dining and sightseeing in the area. We also enjoyed renting bikes and exploring the city, and found the location to be perfect for accessing Duval Street and the waterfront. The cleanliness of the hotel and the availability of excursions were also notable positives.

The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and happiness. They offered us a glass of champagne upon check-in and even called us later to welcome us. The cleanliness of the property was top-notch, and the staff was helpful and courteous. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance of many restaurants, bars, and water sports options. We also enjoyed the beautiful bathroom and the quality products provided, as well as the nice view of the water from our personal balcony.

We had an amazing time at this hotel! Everything exceeded our expectations. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and the facilities were top-notch. We loved the convenient parking and the ease of transportation, making it a breeze to explore the marina, Mallory Square, and Duval Street. The hotel's location was perfect, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful harbor walk and be close to all the popular attractions. The staff, especially Audrey, the concierge manager, and Fernando Santana, the GM, were incredibly attentive and helpful. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious, and we enjoyed the coffee station.
