Exceptional in welcoming us to the Liverpool Philharmonic Hall in a lovely area. The hotel facilities were spotless and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. The location was perfect, close enough to walk down to the main attractions.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.
On arrival, reception staff very friendly and efficient. The hotel is in a great location for visiting the Philharmonic and the Florist restaurant. We enjoyed breakfast in a local coffee shop.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The atmosphere was lively and fun, with a bar that never disappointed. The location couldn't have been better, as I could even see the Philharmonic Hall from my room. The design of the room was unique, with lovely wood features that added a nice touch. The bathroom was a real standout, with a huge walk-in shower and a luxurious bath. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the hotel was spotless. The breakfast was also fantastic, with a good variety of options.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for our trip to the theatre, being off the beaten track but still within walking distance to all the main attractions. The staff were really polite and welcoming, and they even showed us the panoramic landmarks from our room. The room itself was spotless and cosy, with all the usual amenities like bottled water and toiletries. The breakfast had a great selection, with both cooked and continental options available. We felt well taken care of and nothing was too much trouble for the staff.
