I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and friendly. Charles, in particular, went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The hotel was clean and modern, with comfortable rooms. It was conveniently located close to everything I needed access to downtown, including restaurants, shops, and the conference center.

I had the best check-in experience at this hotel. The front desk person was amazing - their calmness and listening skills made my stressful family event much easier. The location of the hotel was also fantastic, as it was right next to the convention center and downtown. I could easily walk to popular tourist areas like Pike Place Market and Starbucks. The room was spacious and comfortable, and having complimentary drinks in the fridge was a nice touch. The staff was incredibly friendly, and I really appreciated the convenience of the complimentary breakfast and dinner. The billiard room was a great escape for my kids when I needed a break.
