I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was overwhelmingly helpful and pleasant, catering to everyone's needs. The hotel's location is perfect for those planning a visit to Universal Studios, with the convenience of the free shuttle service and being within walking distance of the park. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. Additionally, the breakfast offered a wonderful variety of dishes and the beds were incredibly comfortable.

The hotel's location was fantastic for visiting Universal Studios. Being able to walk there saved me the hassle of driving and parking. The rooms were luxurious and the food was great, especially in the casual bar/meal area. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

We loved our stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly generous, approachable, and welcoming - they made us feel right at home. The lobby and entrance area had beautiful decorations that our daughter absolutely loved. The shuttle service to Universal Studios was super convenient, and they even picked us up and brought us back to the hotel. The location was perfect, allowing us to get to the park before most people. we felt comfortable, relaxed, and confident that our family was well taken care of during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.
