We had a fantastic stay! The room was lovely and clean. The hotel facilities were excellent, including the water and tea making facilities. The location was perfect for our needs, with easy access to the dockside area and downtown. We were also able to return to the hotel for rest in between our activities, which was very convenient. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly and professional.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, with several positive aspects to highlight. the location was excellent, as it was right on the doorstep of Liverpool One shopping complex and close to the famous waterfront. This made it incredibly convenient for us to indulge in some retail therapy and explore the city's iconic sights. Additionally, the hotel provided spacious and comfortable rooms, with beautiful views of the Albert Dock and River Mersy from the higher floors. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with great suggestions for things to see and do in this city.

The hotel was clean and had great facilities. The location was perfect, close to the famous waterfront and restaurants in Liverpool One. The breakfast had a nice variety of food and the staff were friendly and helpful.
