This hotel had everything I needed for a fantastic stay in downtown LA. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were tastefully updated. I was especially impressed with the magnificent rooftop deck, offering breathtaking views of the city. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the downtown core, within walking distance to many restaurants, bars, and hidden treasures. The staff was warm, friendly, and provided excellent customer service. this hotel exceeded my expectations and made my stay truly enjoyable.
There was nothing I didn't like.
We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was close to the financial center and downtown. The hotel staff, especially Sylvia at the front desk, was incredibly helpful and understanding. They were always ready to assist us promptly. The valet parking service was very convenient, making our stay hassle-free. Additionally, the hotel facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable. We also loved the fact that the hotel allowed us to check in early and check out late, providing us with extra convenience. The staff, including the restaurant staff, were all very friendly, professional, and accommodating. our experience was fantastic, and we were sad to leave.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff, especially Joanie and Dominique, were extremely helpful and friendly. They quickly resolved an issue with our reservation and made sure we had a room for my daughter and me. The hotel was clean and had great facilities, including a fridge in the room. It was conveniently located near public transport, making it easy for us to explore the city. We were also within walking distance of Dodger Stadium and the Grand Central Market. our stay was comfortable and the location fit well within our travel budget.
For us, it was ideal.
However, the mattress in our room had a noticeable dip that made the bed uncomfortable for sleeping.
