We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we felt like valued customers throughout our stay. The location was very convenient, as it was near the airport and had a shuttle service that dropped us off at various locations. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the facilities provided everything we needed. Additionally, the transportation options were great, with easy access to the airport and other nearby attractions.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The friendly housekeeping staff ensured that everything was perfect. The hotel's location was incredibly convenient, especially for an early flight from the airport. The sky bridge directly connecting the hotel to the terminal made our departure hassle-free. Additionally, the shuttle service to both the airport terminals and the MBTA station was extremely timely, running approximately every 15 minutes. We were pleasantly surprised by how well the room was soundproofed, as we could not hear any aircraft taking off. The hotel facilities were great, and the check-in process was easy and efficient. The breakfast offered a good variety of options, and the staff serving us were friendlier than the reception staff.

For a one night stay, this hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was clean and comfortable, with attractive decor and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The bed was super comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep before our early morning flight. We also appreciated the convenience of the shuttle service, which provided hassle-free transportation from the airport car rental to the hotel, and then to the airport the next morning. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal, just a short 3-minute walk to Terminal A, but with the option of a 24/7 shuttle service to all terminals. we were very satisfied with the cleanliness, hotel facilities, parking, transportation, and location.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel near the airport. The shuttle service was prompt and easy to find thanks to Brandon's helpful directions. The check-in process was quick, allowing me to settle into my neat, clean, and comfortable room right away. I enjoyed watching the Sox game and ordering delicious room service, as well as grabbing an iced latte from the convenient coffee shop. The highlight of my stay was the incredibly comfortable bed, which allowed me to sleep well before my early morning departure. The hotel's shuttle service was also convenient for catching a bus to Concord. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation options, and location of this hotel made my stay enjoyable.
Not obvious to find: The only downside I experienced during my stay was that it was not immediately obvious how to find certain amenities or areas of the hotel.
This could have been improved with better signage or clearer directions.
