We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful, recommending great restaurants for dinner. The rooms were super clean and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfy. We felt safe with the unique lock features throughout the hotel. The location was perfect, with lots of restaurants within walking distance. Additionally, the hotel facilities were excellent, with a pool and hot tub available from 6 am to 11 pm.

Cleanliness: The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. Hotel facilities: We loved the spacious rooms and the up-to-date amenities. Location: The hotel was conveniently located, right off of Chippewa and close to the Niagra Center. Breakfast: The variety of breakfast options was impressive, and we enjoyed making our own waffles. Staff: The staff, especially Ocean and Wanda, were friendly and helpful.

The hotel was clean and the rooms were nicely furnished, making for a comfortable stay. The location was great, especially considering there wasn't much happening in downtown. I also appreciated the free parking and the fact that they refunded the price of the first night as promised. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The newly renovated room had a nice view and was nicely put together, with ample space to relax and watch the business of the outside world going by. The hotel had great coffee in the lobby, a chocolate bar, and a mini store. The beds were comfortable, and the hotel had guest laundry, an office, pool, spa, and exercise room. Everything was well kept and clean. The team members, especially Jamaica, were very courteous and accommodating.
