We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The location was perfect, being situated in a very good area of the city, close to CTA and the best places in this city. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a large bright lounge that had a glass ceiling, providing a stunning view of the sky and the Chicago Loop skyline. We also enjoyed the Winter Playground, which was a unique feature of this hotel, possibly an ice-bar closed-in room. Another highlight was the rooftop deck, offering private outdoor dining year-round in 5 glass globe spheres. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was top-notch, with every corner spotless and fresh. The hotel facilities were outstanding, especially the Winter Playground, which featured an incredible ice-bar and a door leading to a rooftop deck. The deck had tables and five glass globe spheres for private outdoor dining year-round, complete with a fire pit and fountains. The audio system created an unforgettable atmosphere that pulsed until well after midnight. The location was perfect, close to everything but not in the middle of it all. It was convenient to attractions and points of interest, making it easy for me to explore the city. The staff was friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout my stay.

The hotel had everything I needed for a fantastic stay. The room was spacious, clean, and had a modern design. The facilities were excellent, especially the rooftop bar with its amazing view. The staff were helpful and friendly, providing great recommendations for things to see and do in the area. The location was superb, with Portillo's just around the corner for a late-night bite and being just off Michigan Ave. I could easily explore the city on foot, and transportation options were conveniently accessible.
