The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The rooms were impeccably clean and spacious, with twice-daily cleaning service. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a beautiful pool area and a stunning seventh-floor garden. The location was perfect, situated in the heart of this vibrant city. The staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The service was impeccable, with Fernanda at the Concierge Desk being super helpful. The pool area was like an oasis in this bustling city, with a beautiful garden on the seventh floor complete with palm trees. The hotel had strong wifi, comfortable rooms, and great staff. We enjoyed the 24-hour room service and the option to use the Equinox gym and all its facilities. The breakfast and lunch were super amazing, and we loved that the pool was open 24 hours, allowing for a late-night swim. The hotel staff went above and beyond to assist us during a personal accident, making our stay and recovery truly amazing.
Everything was spot on.
The cleanliness and hotel facilities were impressive. The staff, especially the front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant staff, were friendly and helpful. The location near the bottom of Brickell provided easy access to this vibrant area. Special thanks to Halia and Caroline at the concierge's desk for their excellent service.
